Before Booking

We understand that getting tattooed can feel overwhelming.
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-prepared experience, we’ve put together this guide with essential information to help you get ready for your session.
> Sessions can vary in length but usually last several hours.
Make sure your day is free from other commitments.
We don’t want to rush a tattoo that lasts a lifetime.
> For longer sessions, we recommend bringing something to keep you entertained - like a book, headphones to listen to music, or something to watch.
Some tattoos require more concentration and, depending on the area being tattooed, it’s not recommended to talk, as movement can interfere with the process. Having a distraction can help make the experience more comfortable and relaxed.
> Try to stay as still as possible during the tattoo.
Every small movement makes the work harder (imagine trying to draw a perfect line on a moving sheet of paper).
The needles move 60 to 100 times per second. We need precision, so even moving your head or adjusting your arm can affect the linework.
Relax, listen to music, watch a show, or simply zone out for a bit.
If you really need to move, check your phone, or drink water, always let us know first so we can pause safely. That way we ensure your tattoo turns out its best.
> We know it’s tempting to have a friend or family member nearby, but inside the tattoo area, it’s best if only the tattooer and the client are present. This really helps with focus and safety. Side conversations or movement can distract the artist, and when the client turns or talks, their body moves, which can affect the linework and the final result.
Of course, whoever comes with you can wait in the reception area.
> If at any point during the session you feel unwell, weak, nauseous, or uncomfortable, please inform your artist or the studio team immediately. Even if it is just hunger, we are here to help.> Your consent is the most important part of the entire process. You should never feel pressured to do or agree to anything that makes you uncomfortable. It is essential that you ask questions and communicate any concerns throughout the session.> It is very unlikely that you will need to remove your underwear or be fully naked. This only occurs in very specific situations, such as full body suits or intimate areas, and never for the entire session. Privacy screens will always be provided when necessary. Your level of comfort should always be communicated and will be fully respected. This way we make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible—and your tattoo turns out perfect!

Consider the placement and simplicity of your design:

  • Some areas of the body are more prone to fading over time due to sun exposure or constant friction.

  • Some areas of the body are more painful than others.

  • Areas like abdomen, feet, hands, or anywhere that tends to crease like the wrists are not ideal.

  • Highly detailed designs for small tattoos may not age well over time.

  • Simple designs with clean lines and bold shapes often age better than complex ones. They are less likely to blur or fade over time.

  • When choosing a single tattoo, think about how it could evolve over time. Many small or medium pieces eventually grow into half sleeves, full sleeves, or larger connected compositions. When tattoos are added randomly, it becomes much harder to create harmony and flow. A project that’s planned from the beginning will always look more cohesive than one built without direction. If you think you might expand it in the future, keep that in mind before booking and let your artist know from the start.

How to Prepare

Increase your daily water intake.
to improve the skin’s elasticity and texture, making it more resilient and less sensitive. It helps the body regenerate the skin more effectively, reducing the risk of inflammation.
Eat a nutritious meal before & Bring snacks with you too.
to maintain stable blood sugar levels & prevent faintness and nausea. Do avoid being overly full.
Get a good night sleep.
a well-rested body tens to have a higher pain tolerance. Lack of sleep will increase stress levels, which affect your body's response to pain and discomfort.
Bring comfortable clothes.
wear loose clothing that allows easy access and that you don’t mind getting stained.
Depending on the placement, come prepared and bring two clothing options to change into.
For leg or thigh tattoos, bring loose shorts or joggers that can open at the sides.
A bikini is a good option for rib and/or groin tattoos.
Zip-up jackets / hoodies are great for back tattoos, as they can be worn backwards.
For larger pieces, you can even bring a dressing gown.
Don't wear self-tanning products weeks prior.
self-tanners can alter the skin’s texture and create a barrier on the surface, making it harder for the ink to be properly absorbed. This can affect the quality of the tattoo. They may also contain chemicals or ingredients that irritate the skin and increase the risk of infection when the needle penetrates the skin.
Avoid sunbathing weeks prior.
it can increase the risk of sunburn. Sunburned skin can't be tattooed. It can also cause peeling, dryness and uneven skin pigmentation, which can make it challenging to achieve consistent ink absorption and coloration.
Don't take pain medications & drugs.
pain medications like aspirin or ibuprofen can thin your blood, which can increase bleeding during the tattoo. Some drugs can increase sensitivity to pain and can weaken your immune system, potentially increasing the risk of infection.
Avoid excessive caffeine & alcohol.
they can contribute to dehydration and make you bleed more.
Avoid shaving the tattoo area.
to prevent irritation.
Do maintain a regular skincare routine.
healthy, clean, and hydrated skin absorbs ink better, reduces discomfort, and has a greater ability to heal.
Always protect your skin from the sun.
unprotected sun exposure causes the most damage to your skin and your tattoos.

Tattoo Creams

Do not use harsh chemicals or scented creams — they can irritate the wound and damage the tattooed skin.Do not use healing or repair creams.Do not apply too much cream to the tattoo. It should be applied in small amounts and only when the skin feels dry and/or tight.Excess cream can interfere with the healing process and may clog the pores, causing damage and possibly infection to the tattooed skin. One of the most common mistakes is applying too much cream too early.
(Wait a minimum of 24 hours before starting to apply cream.)
Over-moisturizing can cause epidermal maceration, leading to slight swelling of the lines and pigment diffusion.
The result is a loss of sharpness — the tattoo may appear thicker or less defined once healed.

Healing process.
Proper aftercare is essential for the tattoo to heal well.
Skin type.
Some people naturally have skin that does not retain ink as well as others.
Tattoo placement.
The location of the tattoo in your body can impact its longevity.
Tattoo size and detail.
Highly detailed or very small tattoos may be more prone to fading or blurring, even with proper aftercare.
Environmental factors.
Exposure to sunlight, swimming or other environmental factor can contribute to tattoo fading or color changes.

You can tell if your tattoo needs a touch up right after it's healed (usually up to 4 weeks). You have up to 2 months to communicate and book your touch up for it to be free of charge.Keep in mind that touch ups are only if necessary. To book, please send a message via Instagram or WhatsApp with the following information:
